Custom Orders.

 

Full refund: You will receive a full refund only if requested the same day of purchase.

 

If 24 hours have passed since purchase, your refund will be as follows:

*90% refund will be issued within the first 24 hours if the custom art has yet to be started.

​

*70% of the amount paid will be refunded within the first 3 days before starting custom artwork.

​

*50% refund will be made without exceptions if custom artwork is cancelled after 3 days of purchasing.

​

If the art has been started:

 

There will be no refunds once the art has been started, if you wish to cancel the work, we will send you the art work that has been completed based on the amount you have paid.

Example:

 

If you purchased 10 characters (for 10 dollars each), seamless (for 50 dollars finished) Coordinate (for 25 dollars) For a total of $175, with a down payment upon starting (87.50), and the remainder due upon completion (87.50).

If you choose to cancel after we have starting designing your custom artwork, we will send you artwork for the amount of deposit you have given based on our time.

*If the artist needs to withdraw for any reason, we will refund the full amount paid by the client unless the client choses a credit for future work.

 

*Art work that has been completed and is for sale on our website WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

*All refunds are subject to paypal fee rules.
